Born in Ontario, California, Jenevieve has made it her life’s mission to spread the Californian Sunshine to everyone she meets. She has cultivated her love for animals since her youth—drawing a custom autograph book for Steve Irwin to sign and saving ladybugs from being trampled on the playground. Jenevieve graduated from UC Davis, earning a BA in Psychology with an emphasis on Animal Behaviour. Following her string of odd jobs (Boba Barista, Cupcake Flinger/Food Truck Driver, Museum Administrator, and Dog Trainer), she jumped at the chance to work reception at Animal Dental Clinic.
After work, Jenevieve likes to dote on her two littermate curmudgeons: Iggy and Mintie. Theoretically, they have the intelligence of the noble poodle and bravery of the heroic chihuahua, but Jenevieve has her doubts after trying, and failing, to train them. When not preoccupied with her pooches, she spends time with her partner and friends either drawing, knitting, or writing short stories.
